Wine history
In Mombaruzzo, in the heart of Piedmont, lies the Tenute Neirano winery. For over three generations, the family has cultivated more than 11 hectares of vineyards with great dedication and tireless commitment, always in harmony with nature. The viticulture is conducted according to EU guidelines for environmentally friendly and habitat-preserving agricultural practices.
Tasting note
Accentuated bouquet, pink colour. Fresh, dry and pleasant, full bodied.
Vinification
Soft pressing. Slow fermentation of the must at a low temperature. Turns sparkling in large containers, with selected yeasts.
