The organic winery of Roland and Karin Lenz lies at the core of their work, built on a harmonious partnership with nature. By strictly adhering to organic standards and biodynamic practices, they cultivate 27 hectares, including 21.5 hectares of vineyards. In Iselisberg, around 70 distinctive wines are crafted from 40 different grape varieties, making their winery one of Switzerland's largest Demeter-certified estates.
Golden in the glass, with enticing aromas of quince and a touch of honey, complemented by a delicate hint of residual sweetness.
The Lenz winery adheres strictly to the standards of "BIO SUISSE." Their organic wines demonstrate that they lose nothing in terms of fruitiness, finesse, or richness compared to conventionally produced wines.
