What began in 2002 with a small Riesling-Silvaner plot has developed into one of the most renowned wineries in German-speaking Switzerland. Nadine Saxer and Remo Müller stand for characterful, precise wines – and prove that it's not just expertise that counts in winegrowing, but also a keen sense of what's essential.
Tasting note
This colour-intensive red wine reveals a bouquet of dark berries, cassis, cherry and spicy nuances with a hint of roasted aromas on the nose. Structure and balance are evident on the palate, supported by fine tannins and a long, lingering finish.
Vinification
The wine is aged for four months in used barriques.
