With its finely sparkling bubbles, delightful freshness, and seductive elegance, sparkling wine is considered a symbol of joy for life. This zest for life and moments of celebration inspired us when naming our sparkling wine: Folie à deux, meaning double the joy and carefree spirit – harmoniously united, yet unique.
Just like the cheeky groom and charming bride at the altar, our "Deux" – the dry Brut and the sweeter Sec – differ in character and appearance. But together, they celebrate... whether it's a wedding, birthday, professional success, or a bubbly bath by candlelight – there's always time for joy!
This Blanc de Noir impresses with its fine bubbles and offers a dry taste on the palate, enhanced by the typical fruitiness of Pinot Noir.
The grapes with high acidity are harvested early and processed using the traditional method of Champagne production. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wines undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, which gives them their fine sparkling carbonation. With great care, the yeast sediment is removed after extended aging.
