Domaine Les Hutins in Dardagny is one of the canton of Geneva’s most traditional family-run estates. For generations, the family has cultivated the vines with a focus on sustainability and respect for the terroir. The vineyards are situated in one of the most exciting locations in the Geneva region, where chalky soils and the mild climate produce elegant, precise swiss wines. Today, the estate combines tradition with a modern, natural approach and embodies authentic Geneva wine culture.
Pale straw yellow in the glass. On the nose, delicate aromas of apple, pear and white flowers, complemented by a hint of citrus. On the palate, fresh, balanced and pleasantly soft, with subtle fruit and a clear, elegant structure.
Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserve the freshness and fruit of the grapes. Maturation also takes place in steel to emphasise the wine’s clean style.
The vines grow in Dardagny in the canton of Geneva on calcareous soils with good drainage. The temperate climate, influenced by the Rhône and Jura regions, ensures freshness and aromatic precision.
