A ruby red wine with delicate pink highlights. This elegant Pinot Noir delights with notes of sour cherries, plums, and a hint of spices, complemented by a subtle touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with a slight acidity that adds a refreshing quality. The finish is marked by fine-grained tannins. A Pinot Noir of remarkable finesse with an excellent expression of barrel aging.
The aging process takes place in oak barrels.
