The "Tenimento dell’Ör" is a historic winery dating back to 1700, nestled in the picturesque village of Arzo, within the rolling hills of Mendrisio. Situated at the foot of Monte San Giorgio, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its extraordinary fossil and archaeological findings, the vineyard underwent a complete renewal and was planted with 28 different grape varieties.
A ruby red of remarkable intensity. The aroma is fruity and harmonious, showcasing a perfect balance between the grape varieties. A wine of exceptional elegance and complexity. Fresh aromas beautifully intertwine with fruity notes.
The grape varieties are individually vinified in stainless steel tanks. A portion of the Cabernet Sauvignon matures in used barriques.
The vineyard is located at an altitude of 460 to 520 meters above sea level and covers a total area of 11 hectares, 8 of which are planted with vines. Its prime southern exposure, characterized by abundant sunlight and refreshing breezes, provides ideal conditions for viticulture.
