The Brivio brand was established in the 1980s when Guido Brivio launched his own wine line and collaborated with the already established Gialdi winery, which had been vinifying grapes from numerous growers in Sottoceneri from the beginning. The Brivio line focuses on producing wines from the southern part of Ticino. In 2001, Brivio Vini SA was acquired by Gialdi Vini SA, expanding the range to include wines from the northern part of the canton.
A vibrant straw yellow. On the nose, the wine is intense and complex, with citrus notes and aromas of white fruits such as apples and pears, complemented by a floral scent. Fresh, fruity, harmonious, and elegant on the palate, with a delicate acidity and a dry, lingering finish.
The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The final blend is created just before bottling.
