Bear Rock was established in the rolling hills of Northern California in the early 1990s, when a group of dedicated wine enthusiasts launched their own project with Pinot and Chardonnay. The name is reminiscent of a rocky landscape once roamed by bears – a symbol of strength and connection with nature. Gradually, more vineyard plots were added, and the focus was consistently on high-quality viticulture. Today, Bear Rock is an established part of the Californian wine scene, known above all for Chardonnay and elegant white wines that harmoniously combine freshness and warmth.
Bear Rock Cabernet Sauvignon California appears in the glass in a deep ruby red. Aromas of ripe, dark berries unfold on the nose. The palate is dominated by wild berry notes accompanied by finely spiced tannins. The finish is round and harmonious – a Cabernet that combines power and drinkability.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
