Château Siran looks back on over 300 years of wine tradition and is one of the oldest family estates in the Médoc. Since 1859, it has been owned by the Miailhe family, who run the winery with great consistency and attention to detail. Today, Siran combines craftsmanship and precision with modern technology – while remaining a true symbol of classic Margaux elegance.
The bouquet blends cassis, plum and violet with notes of cedar wood, cocoa and subtle spices. On the palate, the wine is dense, juicy and silky, with clear fruit, elegant freshness and subtle spice. The structure is balanced, the finish long, slightly smoky and characterised by mineral elegance.
Strictly hand-picked, fermented in small batches and aged in French barriques for around 12 months, a third of which are new. The aim is precision rather than opulence – the pure signature of Margaux.
