Chasselas elevates not only aperitifs but also pairs beautifully with cheese dishes, sushi, freshwater fish dishes, and white meat recipes.
In 1929, a group of winegrowers from Morges and the surrounding area came together to establish a cooperative winery. Over the years, the community steadily expanded as more winegrowers, villages, and vineyards joined. Today, Cave de la Côte encompasses 1,800 vineyard plots of various sizes, spanning 450 hectares from Lausanne to Satigny and covering a quarter of La Côte’s wine-growing region.
On the nose, subtle aromas of fresh fruits are complemented by a hint of white peaches. On the palate, the wine reveals a pronounced character with mineral undertones. Its well-defined structure and vibrant energy call for patience to allow its full essence to unfold.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
