Liesch Wines is a family-run winery located on the Treib estate in Malans. For decades, the family has cultivated their vineyards with great care according to Bio Suisse guidelines, combining traditional Graubünden winemaking practices with modern cellar techniques. The wines are crafted with meticulous handwork and a clear focus on origin, character, and sustainability.
The nose reveals aromas of dark forest berries, cassis, cherries, and subtle spice notes. On the palate, the cuvée is both robust and juicy, with ripe fruit, well-integrated tannins, and a harmonious balance between freshness, structure, and spicy depth.
The individual grape varieties are vinified separately and then blended to create the cuvée. The winemaking process focuses on fruit, spice, and a balanced structure with excellent drinking potential.
The grapes come from the vineyards around Malans in the Bündner Herrschaft region and from the St. Gallen Rhine Valley. Warm foehn winds, well-drained soils, and diverse microclimates lend the cuvée aromatic complexity, vibrancy, and depth.
