An exquisite Chasselas that pairs perfectly with freshwater fish dishes, seafood, fondue, and raclette.
The Dézaley vineyards, established over 800 years ago, have been at the heart of the Dubois brothers' winemaking craft since 1927. This tradition now spans three generations. In 2005, the third generation took over, inspiring Frédéric and Grégoire to lead the estate. The wines are aged in the historic cellars of "Petit Versailles," a building dating back to the early 19th century.
A bold wine with a full-bodied, powerful, and long-lasting taste that expresses itself majestically. Its aroma enchants with hints of honey, almonds, and toasted bread.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, following traditional methods.
The grapes come from the terraced vineyards of Dézaley in Lavaux. There, they thrive on soils that are particularly rich in clay and limestone.
