In the Dézaley vineyard, established over 800 years ago, the Dubois brothers have upheld the winemaking tradition since 1927. This has been a collaboration spanning three generations. In 2005, the third generation stepped in, motivating Frédéric and Grégoire to take over the management of the estate. The wines are aged in the historic cellars of "Petit Versailles," a building dating back to the early 19th century.
A vibrant wine with a distinctive character, featuring delicate mineral notes and hints of roasted almonds. On the palate, it is rounded and full-bodied, with an elegant structure and subtle acidity. The finish is harmonious and well-balanced.
The maturation takes place traditionally in stainless steel tanks.
The grapes are harvested from the terraced vineyards of Dézaley in Lavaux, which grow on clay and limestone soils.
