In 1994, Roland and Karin Lenz set a clear example for sustainable viticulture in Iselisberg (TG) as pioneers of organic wine in German-speaking Switzerland. The beginning was challenging, but since 2006, they have been working consistently organically and now even have Demeter certification. Over 30 PIWI varieties thrive on 22 hectares – a symbol of diversity, innovative spirit and respect for nature. The multi-award-winning winery stands for characterful organic wines with a clear signature and conviction.
