With its fine sparkling bubbles, delightful freshness, and seductive elegance, sparkling wine is a symbol of joy. This zest for life and moments of celebration inspired us to name our sparkling wine: Folie à deux, meaning double the joy and carefree spirit – harmoniously united, yet distinct.
Just like the cheeky groom and charming bride at the altar, our "Deux" – the dry Brut and the sweet Sec – differ in character and appearance. But together, they celebrate... whether it's a wedding, birthday, professional success, or a bubbly bath by candlelight – it's always time for joy!
This Blanc de Noir impresses with its fine bubbles and offers a light residual sweetness on the palate, completed by the typical fruitiness of the Pinot Noir grape.
The grapes with high acidity are harvested early and processed using the traditional Champagne method. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wines undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, which gives them their fine sparkling bubbles.
After extended aging, the yeast sediment is carefully removed, and the bottles are completed with the so-called dosage. The dosage gives the Folie à deux Demi-sec its charming residual sweetness.
