The Cave de l'Hospice de Salquenen is listed as the producer on the wine label. The wine is vinified by Adrian & Diego Mathier Nouveau Salquenen AG.

The Heida delights the nose with fruity notes of apricot and peach. On the palate, it is powerful and round, accompanied by finely integrated roasted aromas. The finish is long-lasting, supported by fine, elegant tannins.
Aged for 16 months in new barriques.
The grapes come from vineyards at an altitude of 850 metres on the very steep, west-facing slopes of Turtmann in Valais.
