Since 1918, Vinicola Caccaro has been combining traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology in the art of winemaking. Founded by Amedeo Caccaro, the winery, where experience and passion have been passed down from generation to generation, now belongs to Colli Asolani di Bedin. Thanks to this special connection, excellent wines and sparkling wines are produced that offer pure enjoyment.
A bright pale yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Both fruity and aromatic, it captivates with its elegance. A sparkling wine that impresses with its harmony and finesse.
The traditional production of spumante, also known as the méthode champenoise, involves a first fermentation in tanks or barrels to create the base wine. This is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle, during which sugar and yeast are added to create the typical fine bubbles. After a period of maturation on the lees, the spumante is disgorged to remove the yeast and finally sealed.
The vineyards of the Colli Asolani di Bedin winery are located in Veneto, northeastern Italy, nestled in the renowned hillside regions surrounding Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
