For many years, all vineyard parcels have been managed according to sustainable principles. Shortly before harvest, the ripeness of the grapes is regularly monitored to determine the optimal picking time. The harvest quantity is strictly limited to ensure the highest quality. Grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted upon arrival at the winery, retaining only the best berries.
A deep hue with violet highlights. On the nose, the bouquet reveals aromas of red and black fruits, complemented by spicy hints and subtle roasted notes. The palate presents a complex and fruity structure with well-integrated tannins. A harmonious wine with a long, aromatic finish.
The aging process is carried out in stainless steel tanks.
