Powerful enough for lobster, elegant with pike-perch, charming alongside porcini mushroom risotto, and confident next to crispy poultry. A wine that doesn’t conform – it dances with the dish on equal footing.
In Fläsch, the smallest wine-growing village in the Bündner Herrschaft, the Marugg family has been cultivating its vines for over 45 years – with respect for nature and a keen eye for the essentials. Tradition and precision merge here with the character of the region. Each plant is carefully tended, each vintage tells a story of the interplay between weather, soil and experience. This wine from Graubünden is not just a drink, but a living culture – a link between people, generations and stories that are continued with every glass.
Clear golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, dried apricot, ripe quince and exotic lychee, surrounded by honey, vanilla and subtle roasted aromas. Dense, powerful and confident on the palate – a Chardonnay that does not whisper, but makes a striking impression.
Aged in barrique.
