The Armero I Adrover winery is located on the outskirts of Felanitx in Mallorca. Covering approximately 5 hectares, it was established in 1992. Winemaker Luis Armero González ensures that at least 50% of each blend consists of indigenous grape varieties. Today, these wines are among the finest on the island.
On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits unfold, accompanied by berry nuances. The color shines in an intense ruby red with bluish hues. On the palate, the wine is fresh, with notes of licorice, bell pepper, and spices.
The hand-harvested and destemmed grapes are fermented separately by variety in large stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for nine months in American and French oak barrels. Finally, the blend is assembled and allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks to achieve perfect harmony before bottling.
The area is characterized by an impressive variety. Sand, limestone, gravelly alluvial soil, and iron-rich clay alternate here.
