Domaine Les Hutins is one of the defining family estates in the canton of Geneva. For generations, the family has cultivated its vines in Dardagny, focusing early on quality, lower yields and precise vinification. Today, Émilienne Hutin Zumbach runs the estate with a clear focus on provenance, sustainability and distinctive wines with character.
On the nose, honey, quince and ripe yellow fruits. On the palate, full-bodied, soft and dense, with a noticeable creaminess and, at the same time, a delicate freshness that carries the whole. Not a light wine – but cleanly balanced with a long, rounded finish.
Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. Matured in stainless steel tanks to clearly showcase the fruit and texture.
The vines grow in Dardagny in the canton of Geneva on calcareous soils. Warm days and cool nights ensure aromatic density and a clean, balanced structure.
