In the 1980s, Guido Brivio launched his own line of wines, collaborating closely with the well-established Gialdi winery, which had long specialized in vinifying grapes from the Sottoceneri region. The Brivio wines focus on grapes from southern Ticino. In 2001, Brivio Vini SA was acquired by Gialdi Vini SA, expanding the range to include wines from northern Ticino.
Fresh and fruity. A vibrant, well-balanced wine with intense notes of wild red berries reminiscent of strawberries and blueberries, complemented by subtle spicy hints. The finish is juicy, harmonious, and long-lasting.
Traditionally matured in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes maceration for 8 to 10 days at temperatures between 26 and 28°C. It is then aged for an additional 10 months in the tanks.
