Since 1918, Vinicola Caccaro has been combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies in wine production. Founded by Amedeo Caccaro, the winery, where knowledge and passion have been passed down from one generation to the next, now belongs to Colli Asolani di Bedin. With this unique combination, outstanding sparkling wines and wines from Veneto are created, bringing pure pleasure.
A radiant pale yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma reveals fruity notes of melon, apricot, and a hint of dried flowers. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and fruity, ending with a balanced and harmonious finish.
Fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas. After the second fermentation under pressure, the sparkling wine is carefully filtered and bottled, giving it its fine and elegant bubbles.
The vineyards of the Caccaro winery are located in Veneto, northeastern Italy, nestled in the prime hillside regions surrounding the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
