Since 1918, Vinicola Caccaro has masterfully combined tradition and innovation in the art of winemaking. A radiant straw-yellow color and a bouquet with delicate hints of citrus fruits, quince, and peaches, complemented by subtle floral aromas. On the palate, a gentle sweetness blends beautifully with a fine bitterness and a refreshing acidity. A sparkling and elegant taste sensation!
Fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruity flavours. After the second fermentation under pressure, the sparkling wine is filtered and bottled, which gives it its fine perlage.
The Caccaro winery's vineyards are located in the Veneto region, in north-east Italy, in the favoured hilly areas of the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
