The organic winery of Roland and Karin Lenz is at the core of their work and represents a respectful partnership with nature. Spanning 27 hectares, including 21.5 hectares of vineyards, they strictly adhere to organic and biodynamic practices. In Iselisberg, they craft approximately 70 distinctive wines from 40 grape varieties, making them one of Switzerland’s largest Demeter-certified wineries.

The Lenz winery strictly adheres to the guidelines of "BIO SUISSE." Their organically produced wines impressively demonstrate that they can easily compete with conventional wines in terms of fruitiness, elegance, and fullness.
Primarily situated on sunny south-facing slopes, the sandy-loamy soils provide excellent drainage and create ideal conditions for Lenz's premium wines.
