The organic winery of Roland and Karin Lenz is at the heart of their work and embodies a close partnership with nature. On a total of 27 hectares, 21.5 of which are planted with vines, they adhere strictly to organic and biodynamic principles. In Iselisberg, they craft around 70 unique wines from 40 grape varieties, making their winery one of the largest Demeter-certified estates in Switzerland.

The Lenz winery strictly adheres to the standards of "BIO SUISSE." Their organically produced wines impressively demonstrate that they can easily compete with conventional wines in terms of fruit, elegance, and richness.
