What began in 2002 with a single plot of Riesling-Silvaner is now one of the most distinguished wineries in German-speaking Switzerland. Nadine Saxer and Remo Müller focus on precise wines with character – and prove that success in winemaking is also a matter of finesse.
This Chardonnay has a seductive aroma of ripe pineapple and honeydew melon. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with a beautiful balance and a juicy finish. The finish is long and fruity – a white wine with expression and confidence.
The wine is aged in steel tanks.
