Since 1829, Caves Mauler has transformed the Benedictine monastery of St-Pierre in Môtiers into the home of Swiss sparkling wine. In the centuries-old vaults of Val-de-Travers, the cuvées mature in constant tranquillity, while modern cellar technology ensures precision and consistency. Cordon Or is a prime example of this interplay: rooted in tradition, driven by innovation – and every cork tells the story.
Delicate salmon colour in the glass, with fine, lively bubbles. Red berries on the nose, with a hint of cherry and grapefruit. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with a subtly creamy texture that harmoniously combines fruit and elegance.
After ageing in stainless steel tanks, the wine is refined in the bottle according to the méthode traditionelle.
