This lively rosé is an excellent accompaniment to light summer dishes such as a couscous salad with mint and pomegranate, grilled vegetable skewers or a quiche with goat's cheese and herbs. It also unfolds its aromatic charm with sushi or fruity appetisers with smoked salmon.

In 1994, Roland and Karin Lenz started their winery in Iselisberg (TG) as pioneers of organic farming in German-speaking Switzerland. The beginning was anything but easy, but since 2006, the winery has been consistently organic and is now even Demeter-certified. Over 30 PIWI varieties are grown on around 22 hectares with respect for nature, diversity and the future. The multi-award-winning winery stands for innovation, conviction and distinctive organic wines with recognition value.
Fruity notes of raspberry, grapefruit and dried apricot meet a delicate floral aroma – an expressive interplay of freshness and floral elegance. Lively and playful on the palate with an invigorating dynamism, this rosé is alcohol-free but by no means restrained. A characterful delight with charm and appeal.
Aged in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then processed in the traditional way to remove the alcohol.
