In 1994, Roland and Karin Lenz took a bold step towards a sustainable future in Iselisberg (TG) as pioneers of organic winegrowing in German-speaking Switzerland. The path has not always been easy, but since 2006, the winery has been working exclusively organically and is now Demeter-certified. Over 30 PIWI varieties grow on 22 hectares – an expression of diversity, innovation and a close connection to nature. The multi-award-winning winery stands for distinctive organic wines with character and attitude.
The wine is dark red in colour with a lively attack reminiscent of ripe red berries. On the palate, it impresses with a harmonious, balanced structure – round, charming and inviting.
