A superb companion to poultry, pork, pasta, pizza, risotto, and fish. Unforgettable as an aperitif on a warm summer evening or simply to enjoy life’s beautiful moments.

Wine history
chevron-down

Dôle blanche is made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes, yet by law, it’s still classified as a white wine, sparing it from the less favored "Oeil-de-Perdrix" label among Valais winemakers. Whether the name matters for enjoyment, we don’t know. But we do know that this pale, rosé-tinged wine, with its lightness, fruit, and mild sweetness, is especially loved by women. That’s why the label features an elegant, proud lady. Rest assured—Dôle blanche Frauenfreude equally captivates men’s hearts.

Tasting note
chevron-down

Dôle blanche Frauenfreude delights with its floral bouquet and charming fruit aromas of red berries and vineyard peaches, finishing with a touch of sweetness.

Vinification
chevron-down

The grapes spend only a short time on the mash, giving the wine its characteristic light color and delicate extracts. It is then sweet-pressed. Alcoholic fermentation and acid reduction take place afterward in stainless steel tanks.
