The Dézaley vineyards, established over 800 years ago, have been the cornerstone of the Dubois family's winemaking tradition since 1927. Today, this legacy is carried on by the third generation. In 2005, Frédéric and Grégoire took over the management of the estate. The premium wines mature in the historic cellars of "Petit Versailles," a building from the early 19th century.
On the palate, it unfolds gently, leaving a subtle touch of delicate sweetness before igniting a burst of fruity flavors. Served as an aperitif, its freshness and subtle elegance offer an unexpected journey of taste sensations.
A prolonged and carefully controlled cold fermentation shapes this wine. The alcoholic fermentation is halted just before completion to preserve its wonderfully smooth character. Skipping malolactic fermentation ensures the freshness and subtle aromas of each grape variety are retained.
The grapes used for our exceptional white blend come from various regions depending on the grape variety: Some are harvested in Saint-Saphorin, while the majority ripen on the slopes of the Montreux appellation, home to our Domaine Brent.
