The Cave de Jolimont, located in Mont-sur-Rolle, is part of Château d'Allaman, owned by the Schenk company in Rolle. It stores and markets wines from the Vaud region, particularly those of the La Côte appellation, a renowned wine area between Lausanne and Geneva. The Cave de Jolimont's selection includes both traditional wines of this designation and modern creations, such as the well-known brands Piacere and Ancora.
The color shines in a radiant golden yellow. The bouquet reveals intense floral aromas, complemented by a hint of mocha. On the palate, it offers a smooth opening, characterized by aromatic richness, balanced acidity, and a subtly sweet touch that accompanies the long finish.
