The Terra d'Hom DOQ Priorat ‘Barrique’ is a balanced red wine blend that goes well with almost all dishes.
Founded in 1995 by Josep Ardèvol, Celler Ardèvol is a small, family-run winery located in Porrera, the heart of Priorat. On just 10 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates Garnacha, Cariñena, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. With a strong commitment to sustainability, organic practices are employed, and the use of pesticides and fertilizers is kept to a minimum to preserve the natural balance.
Very intense colour with young reflections, open aroma with floral notes, black and red pepper, powerful body and beautiful density with well-developed tannins. Flavour of liquorice on the finish.
The individual grape varieties mature for 16 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
The steep vineyards are characterized by nutrient-poor yet exceptionally healthy soils, making them ideal for producing premium wines. This unique environment produces wines with intense concentration, rich extract, and full-bodied character, distinguished by remarkable depth, dense structure, warm fruit, and distinctive mineral notes.
