Nadine Saxer's Blanc de Noir is ideal as an aperitif and its freshness also makes it a wonderful accompaniment to light cuisine. It is particularly harmonious with Asian dishes with ginger or lemongrass, as well as grilled poultry or veal – a versatile wine with a fine sense of aroma.
What began in 2002 with a small Riesling-Silvaner plot has developed into one of the leading wineries in German-speaking Switzerland. Nadine Saxer and Remo Müller stand for wines with character – and show that precision and intuition are what matter in winemaking.
This white wine, made from Pinot Noir, delights with fresh aromas of apricot and peach. On the palate, it is gentle on the attack, lively on the mid-palate – with an animating acidity and fine balance. An elegant Blanc de Noir with fruity charm.
The wine is aged in steel tanks.
