Vinification

Gravity filling, parcel-specific vinification, punching down of the cap, fermentation temperature between 27 and 28°C (in temperature-controlled concrete and wooden vats), maceration time of 3 to 4 weeks. Aged for 12 months in barriques (one-third new barrels) with tailored fining.

The vineyards are characterised by the Günzian gravel typical of Bordeaux, which guarantees good drainage and heat retention. An ideal soil for the Cabernet Sauvignon grape.
