What began in 2002 with a small plot of Riesling-Silvaner is now one of the most respected wineries in German-speaking Switzerland. Nadine Saxer and Remo Müller stand for a clear signature in the glass – with wines that show personality and prove that, in addition to expertise, finesse makes all the difference.
The nose reveals delicate spicy notes with a hint of pepper and subtle toasted aromas. On the palate, the wine is powerful yet smooth, supported by elegant berry fruit and a balanced, characterful structure.
Aged for 14 months in barrique barrels.
