Since 1829, Mauler has been dedicated to the world of sparkling wines at the former Benedictine priory of St-Pierre in Môtiers. In the historic cellars of the Val-de-Travers, the family-run estate combines time-honoured expertise with contemporary ideas. Light and delicately sparkling, this alcohol-free Muscat boasts the unmistakably aromatic scent of fresh Muscat grapes. On the palate, it is sweet and fruity, light and refreshing, with lively carbonation and an uncomplicated, grapey finish.
Fresh Muscat grape must and grape juice are processed using a special method and then carbonated. The result is a sweet, sparkling drink completely free of alcohol.
Cadet Mauler Muscat Blanc is produced in France; the producer does not specify any particular vineyards or single plots. The focus is therefore less on a specific terroir and more on the aromatic character typical of the Muscat grape.
