Mauler’s sparkling wines have been produced at the former Benedictine priory of St-Pierre in Môtiers since 1829. This long-established family-run house combines the historic vaulted cellars of the Val-de-Travers with modern production methods and innovative ideas for enjoyment. With Cadet Mauler, the house is expanding its sparkling range to include alcohol-free alternatives that bring a festive atmosphere and uncomplicated drinking pleasure to the glass across generations.
A bright rosé with lively bubbles. On the nose, it reveals the typical, intensely fruity aroma of Muscat grapes. On the palate, it is sweet, juicy and refreshingly sparkling, with clear grape fruit notes and a pleasantly aromatic finish.
This non-alcoholic drink is made from Muscat Rosé grapes and carbonated to create a sparkling effect. The sweet dosage preserves the variety’s distinctly fruity character.
