In the glass, the Nullkommalenz white appears clear and bright, with a fresh aroma of citrus fruits, green apple and floral notes. On the palate, it is lively and light, with fine acidity and precise aromas reminiscent of white blossoms and light fruits. The finish is clean, fresh and pleasantly invigorating.

Vinification

The grapes come from the sunny vineyards around Uesslingen in the canton of Thurgau, where calcareous soils and a balanced microclimate ensure optimal ripening conditions. The proximity to the Rhine and the open landscapes enhance the freshness and aromas of the vines.
