A bright white wine with lively acidity and fine minerality. Aromas of white peach, grapefruit and fresh rhubarb, carried by a subtle salty note on the finish – clear, precise and full of character.
The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks.
The vines grow in the sun-drenched hamlet of Molignon above Sion on the characteristic clay slate (‘brisier’) – a soil full of minerality that gives this wine its cool freshness and fine structure.
