A versatile accompaniment to aperitifs and light Mediterranean dishes. It pairs particularly well with focaccia and Prosciutto di Parma, deep-fried prawns, asparagus risotto or antipasti with grilled vegetables.
In 1887, Francesco Mionetto founded his winery in Valdobbiadene, at the heart of one of Italy’s most important sparkling wine regions. What began as a small family business grew into one of the most renowned producers of Italian sparkling wines. To this day, Mionetto combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art winemaking technology, bringing the Venetian way of life to every bottle.

Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent effervescence. The bouquet is reminiscent of wild apple, honey and white blossoms, accompanied by subtle citrus notes. On the palate, the spumante is fresh, harmonious and pleasantly fruity, with a subtle residual sweetness and an elegant, balanced finish.
The white grapes are gently vinified and then fermented into sparkling wine in a pressure tank using the Charmat method. This ensures that the fruity aromas, freshness and fine perlage are optimally preserved.
The grapes come from selected vineyards in Veneto and Trentino. Sunny slopes, mineral-rich soils and the interplay of Alpine and Mediterranean climatic influences give this sparkling wine its fresh, elegant and balanced style.
