Ideal as a low-alcohol aperitif, but also versatile with food. Particularly lovely with grilled sea bream, chicken strips with Madras curry or pork fillet in morel sauce; a strawberry tart also pairs excellently.
Since 1829, Mauler’s sparkling wines have been produced at the former Benedictine priory of St-Pierre in Môtiers. The family estate combines the historic vaults of the Val-de-Travers with traditional bottle fermentation, modern technology and innovative ideas for enjoyment. Rêve de Bulles brings this expertise to alcohol-free sparkling wines, proving that a festive sparkle is possible even without a significant alcohol content.
A bright, light rosé with a fine perlage. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh red fruits, particularly raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant. On the palate, it is juicy, refreshing and harmonious, with fruity richness, lively freshness and a pleasantly invigorating finish.
The base wine, produced in France, is gently dealcoholised at a low temperature under vacuum to preserve as much of its fruit and aroma as possible. It is then given its fine perlage.
The base wine comes from France; Mauler does not specify any particular vineyards or single plots. The focus is therefore on the fresh, red-berried aromas of the rosé base wine.
