A white wine that pairs perfectly with aperitifs and enhances dishes such as seafood, goat cheese, and fruit desserts.
At the age of 18, Philippe Bovet, a descendant of the Wuischpard family and grandnephew of a winemaker, discovered his passion for viticulture. In 2002, he decided to go independent and took over the family vineyard in Givrins, located at 450 meters between Lake Geneva and the Jura foothills. As a cellar master, oenologist, and certified winemaker, he has been leading the estate ever since. Philippe Bovet is among the first Swiss winemakers to cultivate Viognier and Chenin blanc. He is also one of the few to introduce the Valais grape variety Diolinoir to the Vaud region.
A yellow hue with golden highlights, paired with a complex nose revealing quince, mango, and melon aromas. On the palate, it offers a rich entry with a pleasant density, exotic fruit flavors supported by well-balanced acidity. The finish is long, sweet, and full of character.
This wine matures to its perfected excellence in stainless steel tanks.
