This cuvée is an excellent accompaniment to Asian dishes with a slight spiciness, such as a Thai curry with coconut milk or a wok dish with prawns and lime chilli sauce. Fresh spring rolls, mildly matured goat's cheese or a summery couscous salad with citrus dressing also harmonise perfectly with its fruity, sweet nature.
Best enjoyed within three days of opening.

In 1994, Roland and Karin Lenz laid the foundation for their winery in Iselisberg (TG) – one of the first certified organic estates in German-speaking Switzerland. The start was bumpy, but by 2006 they had returned completely to organic farming, which is now Demeter-certified. They cultivate over 30 fungus-resistant varieties (PIWIs) on around 22 hectares, in harmony with biodiversity and modern standards. The winery has been named Organic Winemaker of the Year several times. Nestled among trees, sheep and vines, the team works sustainably, innovatively and enthusiastically to produce distinctive organic wines with character.
On the nose, pineapple and green apple meet a mineral note of flint and a hint of lime – lively and full of character. On the palate, the cuvée is charming, with gentle fruit and subtle residual sweetness. A well-balanced white wine that lingers pleasantly on the palate with its delicate aromas and lovely finish.
Aged in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then processed in the traditional way to remove the alcohol.
The best vineyards in Iselisberg, perfectly suited to the grapes.
