The Dézaley vineyards, established over 800 years ago, have been at the heart of the Dubois family's winemaking tradition since 1927. Today, this legacy is carried on by the third generation. In 2005, Frédéric and Grégoire took over the management of the estate. The fine wines mature in the historic cellars of "Petit Versailles," a building from the early 19th century.
A wine that impresses with its pleasant nature and distinctive character, adorned with ruby-red hues. Fruity aromas, a full-bodied texture, and a harmonious structure make it a delight to savor.
The grapes are carefully hand-picked between late September and mid-October. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks for ten months before being bottled.
The grapes thrive in vineyards rooted in the soils of an ancient glacial moraine.
