The Nobler Blauer is an ideal partner for classic Swiss cuisine and is particularly sophisticated with cheese and meat platters. Thanks to its elegant structure, it harmonises perfectly with tender Bündnerfleisch, regional raw ham or spicy raclette cheese. It is also ideal with Zurich-style sliced meat with rösti – its gentle melt perfectly complements the strong cream sauce dish.
What began in 2002 with a single Riesling-Silvaner plot has grown into one of the most influential wineries in German-speaking Switzerland. Nadine Saxer and Remo Müller focus on a clear signature style in the glass – and demonstrate that wine requires quality and intuition.
On the nose, this Pinot Noir reveals ripe fruit aromas and a subtle hint of toast. On the palate, it impresses with its velvety texture, powerful structure and lingering finish – a characterful red wine with charisma and depth.
The wine is aged for four months in used barrique barrels.
