A delicate Pinot Noir that enhances dishes such as country pâté, poultry, pistachio sausage, red meat, as well as mild hard and soft cheeses.

Wine history
chevron-down

This 10-hectare vineyard, virtually one continuous piece, is a pioneer in specialties on Vaud soil thanks to its variety of grape varieties. The outstanding reputation of its wines is attributed to an exceptional terroir that encompasses all the qualities defining a Grand Cru.

Tasting note
chevron-down

This wine features a deep ruby-red color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of wild strawberries. The palate is marked by complex flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and licorice, supported by well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and well-structured, accompanied by delicate spicy notes.

Vinification
chevron-down

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand. This is followed by a maceration process lasting approximately three weeks. The wine then matures in oak barrels for 9 to 12 months.
