Culinary recommendation
chevron-down

Pairs perfectly with game, lamb, and veal. Also a true delight with poultry and aged cheese. Especially exquisite alongside brandy-flambéed veal kidneys.

Wine history
chevron-down

During the Ice Age, the Rhône Glacier, as the largest glacier of the Alps, covered the entire Valais down to Lake Geneva. Over millennia, it gradually retreated, causing the valley to lose its natural support, which led to rockfalls and landslides.

The resulting barren soils are a blend of magnesium and limestone. Together with the warm climate, they create the perfect conditions for Pinot Noir. Thanks to additional aging in our cellar, the Pinot Noir earns the designation Réserve – a guarantee of a perfectly matured Pinot Noir of the highest quality.

Tasting note

This Pinot Noir delights with varietal notes of red cherries on the nose and long-lasting aromas on the palate.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place under precise temperature control in stainless steel tanks. The Pinot Noir Réserve achieves its perfect maturity through extended bottle aging in the wine cellar.
